CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS FOR 1 NIGHT STAYS OR AMOUNTS UNDER £100 WILL COST AN ADDITIONAL £1.50 MINIMUM STAY OF 2 CONSECUTIVE NIGHTS MAY BE REQUIRED DURING JULY/AUGUST

No Pets. A small car park is available for up to 5 cars at the rear of the house entered from Dalriach Road. Cars can also be parked very safely on the street outside.

We have been graded as a STB 4 Star Guest House.

Check In is between 3-7pm. To ensure that we are here to greet you personally we ask that you contact us the day before your arrival or earlier, as being a Guest House we do not have a Reception Desk/Night Porter.

When checking out, we would ask that guests vacate their rooms by 10am on day of departure.

Booking Terms & Conditions
To complete a reservation we require credit/debit card details which can be left securely on our encrypted payment area. No payments are taken from the card in advance however in the event that guests fail to show up the first nights stay is payable. If the card details are not provided within 10 days of making the booking then the reservation will lapse.

Cancellation/Amendment Policy
Please note that if you need to change your booking we will do our utmost to help. If however , you cut short your stay and do not advise us of this more than 48 hours in advance of your arrival then the total cost of the booking will be payable. If we are able to re-let the room a refund will be given.

If a booking is made and the guests fail to turn up the first nights stay will be charged to the credit/debit card provided at the time of booking or in the case of business customers an invoice will be sent.

Cancellation of a booking without charge can be made up to 2 days before the scheduled arrival date.
